Training

Training is held at Charnwood Oval on Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm throughout the season, except over the Christmas break. Please note: this in not compulsory. Athletes who do participate in training show increased competence in events through the season.
All age groups are welcome at these sessions and every effort will be made to cater for individual skill and fitness levels. The focus will be on event specific training while keeping the sessions fun. The training schedules will be released at regular intervals during the season.
Parent help at training is greatly appreciated. The coaches are happy to show you how you can help with basic coaching techniques. For more information on coaching, or on coaching courses, please contact our Head Coach.
